"Warranty reply is taking way too long"
I usually don’t pay much attention to every little update, but I’ve been specifically watching for the warranty response and it still hasn’t come through. It’s been taking forever, and I’m just waiting to hear back at this point.

Overall, I’m really glad I got this chair because the back support has made a noticeable difference and my back doesn’t ache nearly as much by the end of the day. I do wish it had been a little easier to adjust at first, since it took me some time to get it feeling just right. But once I figured it out, it’s been comfortable and supportive, and I’m definitely happy with it

"Chair showed up in rough shape"
The chair itself might’ve been fine, but it showed up looking beat up. The box was torn when it arrived, and there were a few scuffs on the chair too. Kind of a bummer to unpack it and see that right away.

I ordered from Crandall Office after a mentally draining week, so I really didn’t have the energy to deal with any delivery issues. Thankfully, everything went smoothly. The tracking was simple to follow, the chair arrived exactly when they said it would, and it showed up in good shape. no complaints from me

I ordered new upholstery for my office chair and, it put me in such a good mood when I opened it. The fabric feels thick and smooth in a nice way, not cheap, thin, or scratchy at all.
The fit was better than I expected too, and the stitching looks clean and sturdy. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it still looks fresh, so I’m pleased with the whole thing. I’d definitely order again.

"Small hiccup, but they took care of it"
I ordered a refurbished chair from Crandall Office Furniture, and when it arrived, one of the parts didn’t seem to fit quite right. I wasn’t totally sure at first if I was doing something wrong or if the part was off, but either way, it was a little frustrating since I needed the chair for work.
I reached out by email, and they got back to me quickly. They sent a replacement part with instructions that were clear enough, and I didn’t have to jump through any hoops. It did take a few extra days, but the chair seems good now. I’d probably give them 4 stars because of the initial issue, but they handled it well

"Cushion went flat really fast"
I was hoping this seat cushion would help, but it started feeling flat way sooner than expected. After about an hour of sitting, it just feels cheap and uncomfortable. I also felt kind of passed around trying to figure out what to do about it, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

"Comfortable chair, but I expected clearer instructions"
I got my chair from Crandall Office, and overall I’ve been happy with it for everyday work. It’s comfortable to sit in for long stretches, and it definitely feels like a big upgrade from my old chair.
The seat has good support, and the back feels nice once I got everything adjusted the right way. It did take me a day or two of messing with the settings to figure out what worked best for me.

"Shipping Was Literally Fair"
I was surprised by the shipping cost. It was literally cheaper than I expected, and that’s a big reason I ended up ordering from Crandall Office. There weren’t any random extra fees popping up at checkout, and even for a chair, the total still felt fair. It showed up in good shape too, so overall I’m happy with the experience.

I did get the return sorted in the end. So that was fine. But yeah, it took more back-and-forth emails than I thought it would. Kind of dragged on. The refund did come through eventually, just wasn’t the smoothest experience for me

I ordered this chair because the listing made it sound like it would be in a certain condition and have the features I was looking for. When it arrived, it didn’t really match what I had pictured from the description. It’s not completely unusable or anything, but there was definitely a gap between what I expected and what showed up. I reached out to support hoping they’d help clear things up, but I didn’t really get much of an explanation, so the whole thing felt a bit misleading

"Works okay, but a bit clunky"
The site was easy enough to use overall, but finding the parts I needed took longer than I expected. It felt a little clunky to navigate, and then I still ended up waiting in a queue, which was annoying. Got it done in the end, but it could definitely be smoother.
